The Saudi Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society invites researchers, clinicians, academicians, scientists, trainees, and students to submit abstracts and case reports for presentation at its 4th International Conference, an opportunity to share original research, clinical experience, innovative ideas, and important case reports.

Abstract Categories

Submissions are welcomed under the following six categories:

  2. 2Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis
  3. 3Respiratory Allergy
  4. 4Drug Allergy
  5. 5Dermatology: Allergic & Immunologic Skin Diseases
  6. 6Autoimmune & Inflammatory Disorders in Allergy & Immunology

Abstract Awards

Awards will be presented to the Top Three Abstracts selected by the Scientific Committee. We encourage participants to submit high-quality original work that advances knowledge and clinical practice in allergy, asthma, and immunology.

Abstract Requirements

Title
Maximum 25 words; should clearly reflect the content of the abstract.
Abstract Body
Maximum 250 words. Research abstracts should be structured under: Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
Additional
No figures or tables. Results must include actual data; "results will be discussed" is not accepted. Use generic drug names and define all abbreviations at first use.

Required Author Information

The presenting author's contact information must match the submitting author's details, as all correspondence will be directed to the presenting author.

  • Full first name and family name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Full first and family names of all co-authors
  • Affiliation of each author (department, institution, city, country)

Guidelines for Submission

  • Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website or by email.
  • Please read the submission guidelines carefully before submitting.
  • All abstracts must be written in clear English with correct grammar and spelling.
  • Avoid unnecessary special characters and symbols.
  • The presenting author's name must be clearly identified and bolded in the author list.
  • All co-authors must be aware of and approve the submitted abstract.
  • Authors may submit more than one abstract.
  • Abstracts cannot be edited after final submission. Updated data may be presented during the conference if appropriate.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful submission. If not received within 48 hours, please contact us.
  • Prepare all required information before starting; submission should be completed in one session.

All submitted abstracts undergo scientific review. Presenting authors will be notified of the acceptance decision by 31 October 2026.

Acceptance does not replace conference registration; presenting authors must complete registration within the specified period.
